Most of my photography work relates to personal reflections and feelings, and it often revolves around notions of love and longing.
Family, the intimacy of home, nature, and the places & things that touch me, are recurring topics and interrelate in many of my photos.
"Of Fall and Fireflies" is a personal narrative and an introspective body of work, which I made over a long period of time. It evokes my reflections, visions and emotions as a mother of six children, while traversing a somewhat somber phase in my life. Its focus is on seeking sparks of luminosity in my everyday world.
